we had a wonderful stay at Rama Golden Root New Town. the room was cozy, staff was friendly and helpful. everything was arranged for our early check-in. the location, though a bit distant from the airport, was peaceful and serene. Complimentary toiletries and good amenities provided, making us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Location: the hotel was just off taxis, the airport and axis mall. Had lunch/dinner at Studio, which I found approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. Stayed in airy a double room with balcony. I had climate control, multi-channel television, and a dining area.

Comfortable and homely stay with welcoming staff
The staff at this hotel was incredibly courteous and accommodating, making the stay feel like a home away from home. the peaceful location away from the city's chaos was a welcome retreat, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Despite some minor cleanliness and maintenance issues, the overall experience was positive and I would consider staying again.

Clean rooms. Homely dining area. Wonderful cooperation from staff. My son hadn't eaten much that day. Staff made Maggi with less masala and more water as he had requested after kitchen had closed at 11 pm. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

My room at Rama Golden was clean and airy, offering a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, loud neighborhood noise was disruptive at times. I'd recommend this hotel for its budget-friendly comfort.

The hotel was clean. Our room was nicely furnished and brand-new with cupboards, balcony plus bathrooms. It was based in a nice building in an incredibly comfortable and peaceful location. New Town district was worth exploring.
